Challenge: Reach University is launching apprenticeship teaching degrees and hopes to share their approach, so they wanted to codify the process to improve their program and share it.

Solution: Interview people from Reach and several partner organizations, and create a website with articles organized into playbooks outlining each step of the process for state departments of education, universities, and K-12 districts.

Challenge: Impact needed a system for onboarding new board members and a handbook for existing board members.

Solution: A Google Classroom with tasks to complete for onboarding that includes a combination of articles and videos. I also created a Google Site for the handbook and populated it with resources, including new ones.
